Pain, especially persistent pain, can be very overwhelming and start to take over our lives. My role is to get you closer to your goals by providing you with the right tools to understand and take control of your pain.
There are no inherently bad movements, but quality and control of movement matter when it comes to optimizing performance and maximizing strength gains.
As strength-based athletes, we’re in constant pursuit of getting stronger without sacrificing the health of our connective-tissue and joints. Learning to reduce injury risk through quality movement, prioritising joint health and recovery strategies will ensure that you stay in the sport for as long as possible.
